Surveillance

Surveillance can be a very effective and, when done correctly, fully legal and evidentially acceptable form of fact finding.

Video or photographic evidence can be extremely compelling at court and surveillance can often result in an early settlement or resolution of case. This form of evidence gathering is used by law firms, insurance companies and others in areas such as personal injury, employment law, suspected theft or fraud and, where appropriate, for other cases.

We work closely with lawyers, business and individual clients on assignments sometimes involving mobile surveillance on foot or in vehicles, static surveillance, where a high quality and suitably discreet camera is left and also on counter surveillance. It is of course critical that surveillance is carefully planned and expertly carried out, ensuring it is as cost effective as possible and that the subject of the surveillance is unaware of it.

Where requested or appropriate, we produce daily or weekly progress reports and monitor the results efficiently and effectively, especially with ongoing surveillance with a view to decisions whether to continue with the surveillance for further periods of time or not.
